If you are planning any kind of booking for adventure activities like paragliding, scuba diving, etc. in-depth research should be done regarding the safety and security of those adventure activities.

Keep photocopies of all important documents

Have safety locks and keep the cash very carefully

Avoid carrying too much cash in the wallet. Rather, it is better to have cards separately kept at different places while packing. If you are planning to carry cash then keep it at different places in fractions – like in wallet, pocket and bags. It is better to avoid carrying any valuable items like jewelry, gold, diamonds etc. while you are traveling.

Keep emergency numbers easily accessible and keep updating your friends, relatives or family

Whether it is an international or domestic or local travel, keep the family, friends or relative informed about the location. Someone should be informed about your whereabouts, especially if it is a solo trip, or excursion, etc.

Transportation safety

Once you reach the destination, whichever mode of private transport you have availed like taxi, Uber, etc. keep the record of the vehicle number and send it to friends or family to avoid any bad circumstances. Always keep your GPS on while you are traveling in a private vehicle.

Be very attentive while staying in a hotel

Always ensure to lock all the luggage and belongings in the hotel before going out of room or sleeping. Lock the room, keep all windows shut to have maximum security. Don’t allow any stranger even hotel staffs into the room especially at night.
